Dr. Valerio Palmigiano received his degree in Economics and Business Administration in 1991
from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He subsequently qualified as a member of Certified Chartered
Accountants of Rome, and was later appointed as Technical Judicial Consultant and Bankruptcy Trustee by the Court of Rome.
Dr. Palmigiano is also a member of the Board of Auditors of Rome and the
International Bar Association.
Remaining up to date and current, Dr. Palmigiano frequently attends seminars on a wide range of subjects such as national and international arbitration,
as well as the role of bankruptcy trustees. In 1994 he founded Studio Palmigiano, and since then has obtained extensive experience in international taxation; small business enterprise and corporate taxation; bankruptcy and insolvency; judicial administration and consulting; agency valuations and appraisals; as well as general tax, financial and business consulting. Studio Palmigiano has a wide range of clients, both Italian and foreign, who have business affairs in Italy. Furthermore, a special interest has been taken in franchising and marketing. » Next |
